More of lately. Those heavy metal ones I did for an Alice in Chains concert and it was an incredible night! \m/

Done with school!
All that's left is taking the state test soon. Otherwise it turns out I didn't get the best education but the best part of this industry is how easy it is to breakout on your own and self educate. I can't wait to get involved with mpls' cosmetology community. And I'm back on my smelly acrylic, sorry Clarite, its been real, but no thanks ;)

"Winter Metal"
So....I'm almost done with school! Apparently next week, so I've been obnoxiously stressed about the whole thing. But, also obnoxiously excited, too. Here was a stress reliever, and in my book, something simple ;) (I love metallic wraps!)

Leopard print sculpted slims
These are Rihanna-inspired on a girl on school, I was wayyyy happy with it but our acrylic at school is O.P.I. clarite odorless....not a big fan. It takes forever to set and it needs a much dryer mix ratio too otherwise its way sticky and clings to your brush. Then it has a tacky layer to file off but it accounts for almost 1/2 your thickness....anyways we were pretty geeked about the final results w00t w00t!

"Daaaaayyyuuummmmm!!"
OK gals from the U.S. LISTEN UP!! I just stumbled on a nail polish gold mine! Get to your local Dollar Tree asap, they have great nail polish for sale- L.A. Colors! I first found L.A. Colors at Walgreens and CVS and bought a pack of metallic nail polish, and the quality is fantastic, the pigments are really vivid! So at the dollar store they have all kinds of L.A. Colors nail polish in assorted colors, some are matte but most are metallic or glitter! I took home 10 bottles.
BONUS!! Again, at Dollar Tree they also have L.A. Colors Nail Art Deco pens! Another fantastic find, great quality, I took home 4 of these, (and now that I've tried them I'm going back for the rest!)
The nice thing here is you can order these online, everything is $1 a piece. So for once, my ghetto fabulous way of living pays off well. $14 for 14 bottles of nail polish. What an awesome day!

Another awesome drugstore haul
So I wanted to show off some stuff I bought at Walgreens, I've been on this crazy hunt for the perfect, BRIGHT pink eyeshadow, like "POW!" pink. I haven't had time or money to throw down on a good pot of MAC, but I've been looking around, there was a Rimmel one I liked, then found 2 Wet N' Wild palettes that were PERFECT!!
And hell yeah, they're awesome. The one on the left has way metallic silver, (you know I love metallics!), the bright pink I wanted, and a glittery black, (and y'all KNOW I love glitter!). So I was thrilled with this. On the right is cream color, blueish-teal, and magenta. Genius.
Here's an example of the silver and pink, (In conjunction with some stuff I already have)
Then Target had these on sale!
I'm happy! Today was a busy day so check out my other post about my nail polishes I came home with. Stephanie OUT ^_^
